The claims division of Murphy Sheehy handles all aspects of motor and liability insurance claims from notification right through to settlement. Claims Administration Division
 
Our claims handling division offers full claims administration service to corporate clients in the following areas of business: Employer Liability, Public/Product Liability, and Motor/Fleet.  Processing claims correspondence between client, the Insurer and other service providers including Motor Assessors, Loss Adjusters, Legal entities etc., claims are overseen from notification to settlement.
Murphy Sheehy Insurance Claims Administration Division provides the following administrative support:
   
Confirm of cover in force
Notifying relevant Insurer of claim
Assessment of the adequacy of supporting documentation
Prompt and timely response to enquiries from clients and their Insurers
Updating and maintenance of all records pertaining to claims transactions
Production and analysis of claims statistics if required
Speedy resolution of just settlements, working with Insurers and Loss with the interests of clients as a priority.  
Monitoring of claims to ensure Insurer’s key performance indicators are adhered to.
